Classy Chargers supports the quality of their products. Refunds on eligible items must be received at our facility by January 5th, 2025. To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. The purchase price less the original shipping cost will be refunded. All returns must be accompanied by original proof of purchase and pre-approved by customer service. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee unless the product delivered is defective or damaged. In the case of defective or damaged items, we will exchange for like-kind products or store credit through January 5, 2025. Please email us at support@classychargers.com for a return authorization. For approved damaged or defective products, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed for your return.
