Return Policy

Classy Chargers supports the quality of their products. Returns on eligible items must be received at our facility by February 1, 2025. To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. The purchase price less the original shipping cost will be refunded. All returns must be accompanied by original proof of purchase and pre-approved by customer service. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee unless the product delivered is defective or damaged. In the case of defective or damaged items, we will exchange for like-kind products or store credit through February 1, 2025. Please email us at support@classychargers.com for a return authorization. For approved damaged or defective products, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed for your return.

What are the steps to complete a return? To return an item, please contact our customer care team to initiate your return at support@classychargers.com. It is important that you contact customer care before you send in a return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been verified by customer care. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary between credit card issuers.".
